Jagruthi Cabs is a PAN India car Rental Company headquartered in Bengaluru, India. They provide on-call and long-term rental car rental services for large corporates in manufacturing industries, and real estate groups, among others.

Problem statement

Jagruthi Cabs were using an EDC machine (portable card swiping machine) to receive payments from their customers after each trip.

This method of collecting payments would lead to swiping cards for every transaction for different customers.

Invoices were generated in paper format and shared through the mail.
