Objective: -We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record in the Fintech domain, boasting 15 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in .NET Core and SQL Server technologies, coupled with a strong proficiency in full-stack development. Their expertise should extend to architecture patterns, with a keen understanding of scalability and performance optimization.
As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of 15+ developers. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. You will collaborate closely with onsite customers, ensuring that their requirements are understood and effectively translated into actionable development plans.

Experience: 15+ years experience in software development, with a focus on the Fintech domain

Mobile/ Web - Automation Tester

Reporting To: Head - Engineering

Objective: -Develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools such as Appium and Selenium to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products across different platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance analysts to understand requirements and design appropriate test scenarios.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks tailored to the specific needs of our applications, focusing on reusability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct performance testing to evaluate the responsiveness, scalability, and stability of applications under various load conditions, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.

Experience: 7-8 years experience
- Proven experience in automation testing with a focus on mobile and web applications.
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools such as Appium, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Familiarity with security testing concepts and tools such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or Nessus.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
